Returns & withdrawal
Your 14 day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (ZVPot-1). The period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you name, take physical possession of the goods.
Made to order, but you keep the right
Our parts are made to order, but they are standard products, not personalised to your individual specification. The legal exception for personalised goods does not apply, so your 14 day right of withdrawal stands on every standard AdriaFab item.
How to withdraw
Tell us within 14 days. Email hello@adriafab.com with your order number, or fill in the model form below and send it to us. A plain, clear statement that you withdraw is enough. We will confirm receipt by email.
Sending the goods back
Return the goods within 14 days of telling us you withdraw, in their original condition with the included A4 stainless hardware. We cover EU return shipping. Keep proof of postage.
Your refund
We refund the full amount you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof you sent them back), to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us.
Beyond the law: 30 day returns
On top of the statutory 14 days, we voluntarily accept returns of unused items for 30 calendar days from delivery, on the same terms. The statutory 14 day right above always applies in full.
2 year warranty
Separately from withdrawal, every item carries a 2 year legal warranty for conformity. If something is faulty, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund.
