Terms of sale
Who we are
AdriaFab is a brand of BeFly, oddaja nepremičnin, d.o.o., the seller of record for every order placed on this store. Our VAT ID (ID za DDV) is SI51807742 and our registration number is 7475039000. Our registered seat is Ljubljanska cesta 38B, 1293 Šmarje-Sap, Slovenia, and you can reach us at hello@adriafab.com. We ship from Slovenia to customers across the EU.
Orders and contract
When you place an order, you make a binding offer to buy the goods in your cart. A contract is formed only once we accept that offer by sending you an order confirmation by email. The order button is labelled to make clear that completing the order carries an obligation to pay, as required by the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in EUR and include value added tax (DDV) for EU consumers. For orders fulfilled within Slovenia the rate is the standard 22% Slovenian VAT. For cross-border sales to other EU countries we apply the destination country VAT rate once the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme applies, so the tax shown at checkout reflects your delivery country.
Payment
We accept card payments through Stripe and payments through PayPal. Payment is taken at checkout, and your order is processed once the payment is authorised. We never store your full card details on our own systems.
Delivery
Our marine accessory mounts are made to order, so we ask for a fulfilment window of 5 to 7 working days before dispatch. Orders ship from Slovenia and we deliver across the EU. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout starts once your order has been confirmed and produced.
Right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), without giving any reason. Made-to-order does not remove this right for our standard catalogue items, the legal exception applies only to goods personalised to your individual specification, so standard SKUs keep the full 14-day right. Legal warranty
Every product comes with the statutory 2-year legal warranty of conformity under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1, čl. 78). If goods do not conform to the contract within that period, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law, at no cost to you. This legal warranty applies regardless of any commercial guarantee.
Complaints
If something is wrong with your order, email us at hello@adriafab.com with your order number and a short description, and photos where helpful. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 8 working days and to agree the next steps with you promptly. We handle conformity and warranty claims in line with ZVPot-1.
Product safety (GPSR)
Under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), BeFly d.o.o. is the producer responsible for placing these products on the EU market. Safety and handling information for each item is published on its product page, which you should read before installation and use. Our products are described as "Compatible with" the named devices, and are never represented as official or OEM parts.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by Slovenian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. We aim to resolve any dispute directly, so please contact us first at hello@adriafab.com. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
